BLADELINE: Through Every Age — and other games published by Clever House Company
Effective date: September 10, 2026

Clever House Company (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Developer") is the developer and publisher of BLADELINE: Through Every Age (the "Game"), and this policy applies to that Game and to any other mobile applications we publish that link to it. This company is represented for privacy purposes by Alexandru Mos. Protecting your personal data matters to us, and this Privacy Policy explains what information we and our service partners collect when you play, why we collect it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to BLADELINE: Through Every Age (Android package com.che.bladeline) on Google Play and any other storefront where we publish it, to the advertising and analytics services embedded in the Game, and to any other application released by Clever House Company that links to this policy. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if you reach them through a link inside the Game.

2. The short version

We think it is worth stating plainly what the Game does and does not do, before the detail:

3. Data we and our partners collect

The Game is free to play and funded by in-game advertising rather than by accounts or purchases. To operate, keep secure, and fund it, we and the SDK partners listed in Section 5 automatically collect the following categories of data when you install and use the Game:

We do not knowingly collect financial account details, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or precise location through the Game. The Game requests no runtime permissions on Android beyond network access.

Why the gameplay data above is collected in that detail: a stage where most players lose is a stage that is too hard, and a stage where most players take twice as many strokes as usual is a stage that is boring rather than difficult. Those two look identical in a simple win/loss count. The numbers listed above are what let us tell them apart and fix the right one. They describe the stage, not you.

4. Data kept only on your device

Your progress is stored locally on your device only, using the operating system's standard app-preferences storage (bladeline.save.v1). It is not uploaded to us, not synchronised between devices, and not recoverable by us. It contains:

Uninstalling the Game deletes all of it. There is no way for us to restore it, and no way for us to read it.

5. Third-party SDKs and service partners

Like most ad-supported mobile games, BLADELINE does not build its own advertising, attribution or analytics infrastructure. It uses the following third-party software development kits (SDKs), which act as independent controllers or processors for the functions described below and have their own privacy policies:

PartnerFunction in the Game
YSO Corp — GameUtils SDKCore analytics (session, stage and event tracking) and the ad-mediation layer that coordinates the networks in Section 6. It also provides the in-game privacy and consent screen, reachable at any time from the Game's Settings.
AppLovin (MAX)Ad mediation platform used by GameUtils to request an ad from several networks and select the best-performing one.
TenjinMobile measurement and install attribution — connects an install back to the advertisement or campaign that produced it.
Meta / FacebookInstall attribution, and an advertising network via the Audience Network adapter.

The Game does not integrate Google Play Games Services, cloud save, leaderboards, achievements, social sign-in, or any in-app purchase or billing system.

6. Advertising networks

Ad mediation means a single advertisement slot can be filled by any one of a number of certified networks, chosen at the moment the ad is requested. The networks currently included in the Game's build are:

Adjoe · BidMachine · Bigo Ads · ByteDance (Pangle) · Meta Audience Network · Fyber / Digital Turbine · InMobi · ironSource · LINE · Mintegral · MobileFuse · Ogury · Unity Ads · Verve · Voodoo · Vungle (Liftoff) · Yandex · YSO Network

Each network that serves you an advertisement receives the data described in Section 3 — for example your advertising identifier, device and network information, and whether the ad was shown, completed, or clicked — so the ad can be delivered, capped in frequency, measured, and paid for. We receive aggregated performance reporting; we do not receive the networks' own profiles about you.

This list can change. Networks are added and removed by our mediation partner over time and can differ by region and by app version. The live, current list of advertising and analytics partners active on your device is always available in-app under Settings → Data Privacy, which opens our SDK partner's own disclosure and consent screen. That screen, not this page, is the authoritative list at any given moment.

7. Rewarded ads and in-game rewards

Parts of the Game are supported by rewarded video advertisements: you may choose to watch a short video in exchange for an in-game benefit. Watching one is always your choice, the Game can be finished without ever watching one, and the reward is granted only after the advertisement has actually finished. The rewarded placements are:

The Game also shows a banner advertisement during play and full-screen interstitial advertisements between stages. The area of the screen reserved for the banner never accepts game input, so it is not possible to tap an advertisement by accident while drawing a stroke.

8. Why we process this data

We and our partners use the data described above to:

Where required by your jurisdiction — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK — processing for personalised advertising and non-essential analytics is based on your consent, requested through a consent prompt the first time you open the Game and withdrawable at any time from Settings. Processing needed to operate the Game itself, such as basic crash diagnostics and fraud prevention, is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure product.

You can review or change your advertising consent at any time from inside the Game: open Settings (the gear icon on the title screen), then Data Privacy. That opens our SDK partner's consent panel, which lists the partners currently active for your device and lets you change your choices.

You can also limit advertising-identifier tracking at the device level:

Turning these off does not remove advertising, since advertising is what keeps the Game free, but the advertising you see will be less tailored to your interests. Some data may still be processed for purposes other than personalised advertising, such as fraud prevention, frequency capping, and basic analytics.

You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the Game, which also deletes the local data described in Section 4.

10. How long we keep data

We and our SDK partners retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, generally no longer than 13 months from collection for raw event-level data. After that, data is deleted or aggregated and anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you, and is retained only in that anonymised form for statistical purposes.

11. How data is shared

We may share the data described in Section 3 with:

We do not sell your personal data for money. Where advertising partners' use of device or advertising identifiers for cross-app advertising is legally considered a "sale" or "share" under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, see Section 15 for how to opt out.

12. International data transfers

Our SDK partners operate globally, which means your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Where we or our partners transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on legally recognised transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy framework, to protect that data.

13. Children's privacy

BLADELINE is designed for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through the Game, please contact us using the details in Section 19 and we will take steps to delete it.

14. Your rights (EEA, UK, and other GDPR-aligned regions)

If data protection laws such as the GDPR apply to you, you have the right to:

Please note that because the Game has no account, we generally identify data only by advertising identifier. To act on an access or deletion request we will normally need that identifier from you — see Section 16.

15. Your rights (California residents)

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:

16. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of the rights above, email contact@cleverhouse-engineering.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please tell us which app the request relates to (BLADELINE: Through Every Age) and include your advertising identifier if you are able to — on Android it is under Settings → Google → Ads, and on iOS it is only available to apps you have allowed to track. Because the Game has no account, that identifier is usually the only way to locate data associated with you, and without it we may not be able to complete a request.

We will respond within one month of a verifiable request. If a request is unusually complex we may extend that by up to two further months and will tell you why. We may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, as permitted by applicable law.

17. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the data described in this policy against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal data that we are legally required to disclose, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Game's features, our SDK partners, or applicable law. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by applicable law.
